Jimmy Johns - Tiny Greens Salmonella Lawsuits and Litigation

Marler Clark filed a Salmonella lawsuit in Cook County, Illinois against Jimmy John’s and Tiny Greens Organic Farm on January 5, 2011 on behalf of a 16-year-old girl who was made ill with Salmonella after eating a Jimmy John’s sandwich containing contaminated alfalfa sprouts.

The Marler Clark Salmonella lawyers represented several other victims of the Salmonella serotype I 4,[5],12:i:- outbreak that occurred between November 1, 2010 and February 9, 2011.  At least 140 people from 26 states and the District of Columbia were part of the Salmonella outbreak.

The claims of all Marler Clark clients in the Jimmy John’s/Tiny Greens outbreak were successfully resolved prior to trial.
