Los Dos Amigos Mexican restaurant Salmonella Outbreak
At least 30 people were infected with Salmonella Enteritidis in mid-April 2010 at Los Dos Amigos Mexican restaurant in Roseburg, Oregon. Douglas County Public Health department officials stated that cross-contamination was probably a contributing factor in the outbreak.
Marler Clark Salmonella attorneys represented 12 people in the Los Dos Amigos outbreak, including Melissa Surmon, who was hospitalized for 4 days. Ms. Surmon’s lawsuit was filed against the restaurant on Wednesday, May 19, 2010. All claims have been successfully resolved.
